You will collect payments and verify that patients meet Medicare and payer requirements, working closely with hospital staff and patients. You will handle payer communications, explain benefits, and support department processes with data entry and reporting.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HFMA CRCR or NAHAM CHAA within one year of hire.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
