Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to pass background check, drug test, and vaccination requirements.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills essential.
• Experience in patient access/registration a plus.

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately across multiple computer systems.
• Answer phones and gather patient information quickly.
• Collect co-pays and provide cost estimates when applicable.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
