You will be the first point of contact, ensuring fast, compassionate access to care and accurate patient registration across multiple systems. In this role, you’ll answer phones, gather demographics, collect co-pays, and provide cost estimates while coordinating with nurses and care teams to keep patient flow smooth.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service experience and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to gather accurate patient information quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with insurance verification or front desk is a plus (but not required).

Responsibilities

• Register patients efficiently across multiple computer systems.
• Answer phones and gather patient information quickly.
• Collect co-pays and provide cost estimates when applicable.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
