Responsibilities

• Analyses, evaluates, resolves and responds to service inquiries from members, providers, employer groups, colleagues, agents, Elite agents, and others.
• Provides information and education concerning benefit clarification, eligibility requirements, verification, authorization, billing and claim status.
• Identifies and escalates customer concerns to achieve positive outcomes; makes outbound welcome calls to educate members on benefits.
• Adheres to procedures and guidelines to support Priority Health service promises and corporate values.
• Assists with enrollment record changes and communicates needed information to other departments.
