• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients, families, and visitors throughout their visit.
• Register patients and verify demographic, insurance, and consent information.
• Coordinate with providers, nurses, and other departments to support patient flow.
• Answer phones, route calls, assist with scheduling, and manage switchboard operations.
• Collect payments and connect patients with financial counseling resources when needed.
• Maintain accurate patient information with the electronic medical record system.
• Assist with clinic operations, clerical tasks, improvement initiatives, and departmental projects.
