Job summary

You will enter patient data into the hospital systems, provide estimated out-of-pocket costs, and educate patients on registration kiosks and online tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in hospital/clinic or health care financial services.
• Knowledge of insurance programs and billing processes preferred.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and basic MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient identification, demographics, and insurance coverage.
• Enter patient information into hospital information systems accurately.
• Provide payment estimates for out-of-pocket costs.
• Educate patients on registration kiosks and online systems.
• Escalate issues to Lead Patient Access Concierge when needed.
