Qualificações

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• CRCR certification required within 6 months of hire (company paid).
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• On-site position at Ballad - Franklin Woods Community Hospital, Johnson City, TN.

Responsabilidades

• Register patients and manage on-site patient flow with accuracy.
• Screen medical necessity and eligibility using ABN software, and support POS and billing processes.
• Collect demographic and insurance information; process physician orders and patient payments.
• Explain consent forms and distribute patient education documents; provide excellent customer service.
