Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Willingness to explore AI-driven process improvements.
• CRCR certification within 6 months (Company Paid).

Responsibilities

• Handle patient access tasks: MRN assignment, eligibility checks, insurance data capture, and POS collections.
• Operate the telephone switchboard for calls and inquiries.
• Maintain compassionate customer service in all interactions.
• Meet point-of-service and audit goals with accurate data.
• Perform pre-registration and gather demographics, insurance, and financial information.
• Explain consent forms and distribute patient education documents.
• Verify insurance and enter benefits to support clean claim rates.
• Screen medical necessity using ABN software and document forms.
