Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be inquisitive and open to innovation including AI to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform admitting duties for all patients admitted for services at the hospital.
• Assign MRNs and complete medical necessity/compliance checks.
• Collect insurance information and process physician orders.
• Explain and obtain signatures on consent forms and distribute patient education documents.
• Review insurance verification and enter benefit data to support POS and billing.
• Screen medical necessity using ABN software and distribute forms as needed.
