Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• CRCR certification within 9 months of hire (Company Paid).
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient access tasks including MRN assignment, insurance collection, and POS; provide compassionate customer service.
• Conduct eligibility checks and ABN-based screening to inform Medicare patients of potential non-payment.
• Assist with pre-registration and gather demographic, insurance, and financial information.
• Explain consent forms and distribute patient education documents.
