Qualifications

• 1–3 years in patient access or revenue cycle.
• Understanding of patient insurance processes and CPT terminology.

Responsibilities

• Assign MRNs and verify patient information.
• Perform medical necessity or compliance checks.
• Collect insurance details and process POS payments.
• Develop training materials for new hires.
• Assist with staff scheduling and on-call coverage.
