Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• CRCR certification within 6 months of hire (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect insurance information with accuracy.
• Perform medical necessity / compliance checks and ABN screening.
• Explain consent forms and provide patient education materials.
• Assist with POS collections and ensure data integrity.
• Operate the switchboard and maintain courteous customer service.
