Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• CRCR required within 9 months of hire (Company Paid).
• 1+ years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assign accurate MRNs, complete medical necessity / compliance checks, collect insurance information, process physician orders, and use overlay tools while delivering excellent customer service.
• Operate the telephone switchboard and relay calls with appropriate compassion and professionalism.
• Meet point of service goals as assigned.
• Use quality auditing and reporting systems to ensure accounts are accurate and timely for audit standards.
• Pre-register patient accounts and obtain demographic, insurance, and financial information including payment plans.
• Explain consent forms, obtain signatures, and distribute patient education documents.
• Review insurance verification responses and enter benefit data to support POS and billing processes.
• Screen medical necessity using ABN software for Medicare patients and handle related forms.
