Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Hands-on EPIC experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
• Deliver outstanding customer service in a high-volume clinical environment.
• Register patients and schedule appointments accurately.
• Maintain electronic health records and update patient information.
• Coordinate appointments and follow-ups to support smooth patient flow.
• Verify insurance and demographic information as needed.
• Answer phones, route calls, perform data entry and scans.
• Provide coverage and support across clinic operations.
