Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets all patients and guests in initiating check-in process.
• Obtains and verifies accurate patient identification and demographic data while maintaining confidentiality.
• Assists with insurance eligibility screening and possible financial counseling.
• Registers patients for admission and related processes with courteous service.
• Meets communication needs of patients, families, staff, and contributes to performance improvement.
