Qualifications

• Computer skills required.

• Prior medical office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Makes patient appointments and reminder calls.
• Greets, registers and checks in/out all patients.
• Verifies demographic and insurance information in the system.
• Collects co-pays and other payments; prepares daily deposit & reconciliation report.
• Relays messages to/from providers and logs them appropriately.
• Provides clerical/secretarial support (typing, mail, faxes, supplies).
