Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly and confirm demographics.
• Collect and verify patient information for registration and scheduling.
• Assist with billing inquiries and explain financial policies.
• Manage appointments, check-ins, and check-outs in the EMR.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain a tidy lobby and front desk.
• Respond to inquiries via phone and email with professionalism.
