The role emphasizes empathy, teamwork, and a patient-centered approach in a fast-paced imaging center environment. Ideal candidates have 1+ years in customer service or healthcare access, strong communication, and experience with EMR/PM systems.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with EMR/PM systems preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through admission flow with accuracy, compassion, and confidence.
• Greet patients, verify insurance, and process documentation to start visits smoothly.
• Maintain patient demographics, insurance information, and payments with accuracy.
