Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• One year of health care experience preferred.
• CPR certification is noted for this position.

Responsibilities

• Greets and registers patients and families.
• Answers telephone calls, schedules appointments.
• Pulls and files medical charts as indicated.
• Collects accurate demographic, insurance, and physician information.
• Identifies self-pay patients and refers to financial assistance when applicable.
• Maintains open communication with departments and clinical staff.
