Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, OH, is seeking a part-time Patient Access Clerk to greet and register patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and file charts. The role is 24 hours per week (Mon 8am-4:30pm, Fri 8am-4:30pm, Sat 11:30am-8pm) and benefits eligible.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent, CPR certification as required by position, and at least one year of health care experience. Associate’s Degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greets and registers patients and schedules appointments.
• Answers telephone calls and files medical charts.
• Obtains demographic, insurance and physician information.
• Maintains communication with Patient Access and clinical staff.
