Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in a fast-paced customer service role.
• Typing speed of 35 wpm; able to use multiple computer applications.
• Medical terminology knowledge within first year.

Responsibilities

• Perform hospital-based registration and patient check-in.
• Coordinate patient information with internal departments.
• Ensure accuracy of demographics, insurance data, and co-pays.
• Follow scripting and patient-service standards.
