Qualificações

• Must be able to operate a computer, copier and fax machine.
• Good communication skills and a great deal of patience.
• Medical office experience preferred; knowledge of medical terminology.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Willing to learn all aspects of the office.

Responsabilidades

• Complete efficient check in/out for patients and ensure throughput.
• Schedule appointments and verify insurance during registration.
• Collect accurate patient information maintaining confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Answer multi-line phones politely and directing calls.
• Collect copayments and patient balances.
• Scan or file documents into the Medical Record.
