Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out patients efficiently and organized.
• Schedule appointments and verify insurance during registration.
• Collect copayments and patient balances.
• Scan or file documents into the Medical Record as needed.
• Answer multi-line phones and direct calls politely.
