Job summary

The position is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, centered in a private primary care setting serving diverse patients across age groups.

Qualifications

• Prior working experience in a medical office.
• Strong customer service and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients professionally and registers them.
• Advices patients on payment options including insurance eligibility.
• Collects co-payments and provides receipts.
• Submits required paperwork to Billing promptly.
• Maintains patient flow and directs patients to proper departments.
• Monitors appointment reminders and phones for scheduling.
• Answers calls and routes messages in a timely manner.
• Prepares daily deposits and balances cash.
• Handles paperwork for patient appointments.
