Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assigns accurate MRNs and completes medical necessity/compliance checks.
• Operates the telephone switchboard and delivers excellent customer service with compassion.
• Pre-registration of patient accounts and collection of demographics and insurance info.
• Reviews eligibility responses and codes to support POS and billing processes.
• Explains consent forms and distributes patient education documents.
