Qualifications

• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required for certain Banner sites.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient demographics and input into EHR accurately.
• Handle multiple services and cover varying shifts including 24/7 operations.
• Verify insurance benefits and eligibility; understand payer guidelines.
• Provide excellent patient experience through effective communication.
• Submit payer authorizations using multiple systems to reduce denials and ensure timely care.
