Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• More than one year of customer service, medical office, or call center experience preferred.
• NAHAM CHAA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promptly answers calls to schedule appointments and follow up as needed.
• Enter accurate demographic and insurance information; verify eligibility and authorizations.
• Discuss financial obligations with families and collect payments when appropriate.
• Ensure timely registration, billing, and documentation in the EMR system.
