Enloe Health’s EHW Primary Care Clinic in Northern California seeks a Clinic Registration Rep II to handle patient registrations, verify demographics and insurance, and schedule appointments. You will support referrals and authorizations while upholding Enloe Health values in a fast-paced clinic setting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or six months in a medical office, plus strong customer service and MS Office skills; prior CPT/ICD knowledge is desirable.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or 6 months medical office experience with data collection, data entry and customer relations.
• Experience in surgical office settings and insurance verification is preferred.
• Familiarity with CPT procedure codes and ICD diagnosis coding is desirable.

• Register and book patient appointments, collecting demographic, insurance, financial and clinical data accurately.
• Support referrals and/or authorizations to facilitate efficient operations and reimbursement.
