Job summary

Enloe Health is seeking a Clinic Registration Rep II in Northern California to serve as the primary contact for patients inside and outside the clinic. You will accurately collect and analyze demographic, insurance, financial and clinical data necessary to register and book appointments under close supervision.

The incumbent will support referrals and/or authorizations, help promote efficient operations, expeditious reimbursement and optimal patient satisfaction while upholding Enloe Health’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6 months experience in a medical office environment performing general clerical duties to include data collection, data entry, typing, customer relations and filing.
• Experience in a medical office helps with patient access workflows and data accuracy.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and authorizations is a plus.
