Qualifications

• Two years experience in appointment scheduling, insurance verification or registration in hospital/physician office.
• Medical Terminology preferred.
• Proficient in Flowcast registration, pre-certifications, authorizations, referrals.
• Excellent customer service and strong interpersonal/phone etiquette.
• Computer literacy with ability to use applications.
