Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of customer service or general office experience required or preferred.
• Call center / registration and insurance verification experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist callers and patients with scheduling, registration, and referrals.
• Verify insurance and collect co-pays.
• Answer questions and guide patients to appropriate services.
• Maintain high quality customer service and accurate data entry.
