Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience in healthcare or institutional setting (Epic experience preferred).
• Strong data entry, communication, and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with patient registration systems.
• Must be able to work on a PRN day shift and provide excellent patient service.

Responsibilities

• Interviews patients or representatives to obtain complete demographic, financial and insurance information.
• Enters patient information into the registration system and verifies insurance benefits.
• Establishes financial arrangements and collects estimates of self-pay balances.
• Greets patients and provides directions; supports pre-admission and scheduling tasks.
• Ensures confidentiality and follows WHS policies, HIPAA regulations.
