Job summary

This position requires a High School diploma or GED, at least 1 year of customer service experience, and familiarity with Epic systems. Weekend/holiday hours may apply; hours are 11pm–7am.

Qualifications

• Epic experience preferred.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patient families to register and verify insurance.
• Register patients per department guidelines and ensure accurate data.
• Assist with self-check in via kiosks and concierge module.
• Communicate with patients, families, and staff to maintain smooth access to care.
• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances per policy.
• Follow infection prevention protocols and wear required PPE.
• Support clinic flow and monitor waiting room status.
