Job summary

Children’s Wisconsin is seeking a customer-focused Registration Associate to welcome patient families and obtain registration and insurance information. You will register patients and ensure accurate data entry so revenue cycle flows smoothly with insurance verification and proper demographics.

This on-site role demands strong organizational skills, ability to work with care teams, and flexibility to cover a rotating 2-12 hour shift every two weeks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service.
• Epic experience preferred.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and collect demographics and insurance information.
• Ensure accurate data entry and collect co-pays.
• Coordinate with care teams to maintain clinic operations.
• Assist with self-check-in and queue management.
• Follow infection prevention protocols and privacy guidelines.
• Work with interpreter services as needed.
