Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Epic experience preferred.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patient families and collect necessary demographics and insurance information.
• Register patients accurately and ensure data flows through revenue cycle with minimal errors.
• Monitor clinic flow, convey wait times, and coordinate with care teams as needed.
• Support self-check-in via kiosks and concierge module; engage with interpreter services when indicated.
• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances following CHHS guidelines.
