Children’s Wisconsin is seeking a Patient Registration Clerk to welcome patient families, collect registration and insurance information, and ensure accurate accounts flow through the revenue cycle. You will engage with families, coordinate with care teams, and support self-check-in processes to create a smooth first contact.

The role requires 1+ year of customer service experience, with Epic experience and healthcare exposure preferred.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in customer service.
• Epic experience preferred.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and greet patient families, obtain registration and insurance details.
• Ensure accounts flow through revenue cycle with accurate verification.
• Communicate with patients, families, and staff to ensure smooth access to care.
• Engage with Interpreter services as needed in EMR or per family request.
• Enter registration data accurately and collect co-pays as per guidelines.
• Support self-check in via kiosks and concierge module and maintain patient flow.
