Qualifications include a high school education and bilingual abilities (English/Spanish/Creole). Experience with EMR and MS Office is preferred, with training provided.

• Able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Capable of basic math calculations.
• Detail-oriented with strong customer service and communication.
• Bilingual English, Spanish/Creole.
• Experience with EMR and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Obtain and verify patient demographic and insurance information.
• Schedule patients' appointments and procedures.
• Work in a call-center type environment and meet quality metrics.
• Coordinate patient flow and address questions about insurance, pricing, and services.
• Maintain knowledge of Baptist Health South Florida Revenue Cycle operations.
