Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• BLS certification within six months of hire from an American Heart Association endorsed program.
• Ability to work in a proactive self-directed manner.
• Multi-tasking and problem solving abilities.
• Demonstrates ability to form and maintain working relationships to foster a team environment.
• Ability to deal with difficult or challenging customer interactions and elevate to leadership as appropriate.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients, customers and staff in a professional, timely manner and screen for safety.
• Complete patient registration and revenue cycle tasks per policy and procedure.
• Provide visitor validation and assist with wayfinding and escorting.
