Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients; assist with registration with warmth and professionalism.
• Deliver high-volume customer service in a clinical setting.
• Manage patient registration and scheduling accurately.
• Maintain and update electronic health records (EHR).
• Coordinate appointments and follow-ups to ensure smooth flow.
• Verify insurance and eligibility, including demographic updates.
• Answer phones, route calls, data entry, scanning and correspondence.
• Support clinic operations by collaborating across departments.
