Job summary

Noble Community Clinics in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, is seeking a Patient Access Support to join our front-line team. You will register patients, assist walk-ins, schedule appointments, and deliver outstanding customer service in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Healthcare office experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Epic experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient-centered mindset.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients for all appointments
• Verify accuracy of patient paperwork and demographics
• Enter patient data into the EHR
• Receive and process co-payments and payments accurately
• Maintain front-desk responsibilities and monitor patient flow
• Identify patients in need of financial assistance and refer to the Financial Advocate
• Work assigned work queues efficiently
• Ensure patient charts are accurate and complete, including scanning documents
• Support the organization’s quality improvement program
• Ensure UDS data is entered correctly in the EHR
