Responsibilities

• Schedules, reschedules and cancels patient appointments.
• Executes pre-arrival registration following standards.
• Identifies and enters patient insurance coverage.
• Collects copays, balances, and payments for services.
• Manages department workload queues and messages for care team.
• Performs prior-authorizations and care management referrals.
• Uses healthcare software per established standards.
