Spire Orthopedic Partners is seeking a Front Desk Specialist for the Greenwich, CT location to greet patients, register them, collect demographics and insurance referrals, and schedule appointments. The role emphasizes HIPAA compliance and accurate data entry in the billing system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years experience as registrar or similar function preferred.
• Medical office experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients promptly and pleasantly.
• Instruct patients to complete forms and collect demographics and referrals.
• Enter demographic data into billing system and contact insurance/carriers for follow-up as needed.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments and manage call center duties as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and assist other departments as required.
