Spire Orthopedic Partners in Connecticut seeks a friendly front desk associate to manage check-in/check-out, patient registrations, and insurance coordination. You will educate patients on billing policies, collect co-pays, and assist with scheduling while delivering outstanding service in a busy setting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, knowledge of insurance processes, excellent verbal/written communication, and strong multi-tasking abilities.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with check-in/check-out processes.
• Knowledge of Insurance policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, manage time, provide reliable service.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient check-in and check-out with accurate data entry.
• Complete full patient registration.
• Educate patients on office and billing policies and insurance participation.
• Verify insurance details, eligibility, and process co-pays/balances at visit.
• Schedule follow-ups and document cancellations or reschedules.
• Assist patients with coordinating tests, referrals, and authorizations.
• Provide outstanding customer service and handle phone calls.
• Maintain records requests in collaboration with Medical Records.
• Open/close office as needed and support a professional workplace.
