Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years experience as registrar or similar function.
• Medical office experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients promptly and pleasantly.
• Instruct patients to complete forms and collect demographic information.
• Enter data into billing system and schedule appointments.
• Notify other departments of patient arrivals and coordinate referrals.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
