Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check in patients for appointments and verify demographics.
• Monitor wait times and communicate changes to patients.
• Read and interpret insurance responses.
• Assist with insurance assignments (primary/secondary/tertiary).
• Obtain necessary signatures and ensure privacy information is provided.
• Collect copays and explain financial obligations to patients.
• Schedule follow-up appointments including referrals or ancillary services.
• Process messages related to appointments, referrals, prescriptions, and complaints.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
