Responsibilities

• Check patients in for appointments and verify demographics.
• Monitor patient wait times and communicate changes to patients.
• Assist with scheduling follow-up appointments and referrals as needed.
• Explain financial obligations and collect fees at time of service when applicable.
• Maintain medical records and release information per policy.
