Responsibilities

• Answer calls promptly and direct as needed; collect demographic and insurance information.
• Verify and update patient data; ensure accuracy of account information.
• Schedule appointments and referrals; forward referrals to providers as directed.
• Maintain patient records and prepare information for visits.
• Perform clerical duties such as typing, copying, and faxing.
• Make reminder calls for upcoming appointments; scan documents into systems.
