Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of six months experience in healthcare.
• Computer and data entry experience is required with Microsoft Word, e-mail, and internet communication.
• Ability to work accurately and effectively with electronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, guiding them through their healthcare experience from arrival.
• Work with clinical teams at the front desk and sometimes at the bedside, handling registration and patient identification.
• Support families with care and professionalism during registration and admissions.
• Gain experience in a fast-paced hospital setting with diverse patient populations.
