• Performs pre-registration/registration, verifies eligibility and obtains authorizations.
• Collects patient payments and assists with financial counseling when needed.
• Documents registration details accurately to maximize reimbursement and minimize denials.
• Acts as liaison between patient, billing, and payors to resolve issues.
