This role is based at Banner Health Center Plus New River Trails in Glendale, AZ, with scheduled hours Mon-Thu 10:30am-7:00pm and Fri 8:30am-5:00pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in patient financial services or insurance industry preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect insurance information.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain pre-certifications.
• Collect patient liability and explain financial policies.
• Post payments and reconcile charges.
• Schedule appointments and maximize reimbursement.
